The latest innovation can be found in the new bending sleeve technology. In a matter of seconds, steel rule thickness can be changed from one PT to another. EcoPlus can process steel rule heights up to 1.25 inches. With appropriate tooling, EcoPlus can work with 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 PT rule.

Revolver nicking cartridge produces perfect and uniform nicks.
All special operations (i.e. perforation, cut crease and so on) are available as add-on options so as to customize your EcoPlus to fit all your production needs. A revolutionary revolver nicking cartridge produces perfect and uniform nicks. The positioning of the nicks is automatically imported from the CAD drawing and easily accessed right on the bender. The diemaker can achieve burr free nicks with consistent depth throughout the entire process.
Perfect interface ability, extreme flexibility
Serviform Machines operate on Serviform Digital Die making System software, developed based on Windows OS, specifically to meet the needs of the die making industry. All the operations of the machine are electrically or pneumatically driven and can be networked with other Serviform machines to increase efficiency. In addition, EcoPlus machine control is now managed entirely by multiple industrial PLCs.
