DieMilla

Mill faster. Hit tighter tolerances. Upgrade with confidence.

Old routers like the Gerber are slow, inconsistent, and unsupported. Diemilla gives you the speed, stability, and accuracy your shop needs—plus U.S.-based service and parts that keep you running. It’s everything your team needs to produce high-quality counter plates and tooling, all in one automated system.

Why shops upgrade to Diemilla

  • 35% faster than older systems like the Gerber Profile
  • An integrated vacuum system and aluminum milling surface ensure precision, stability, and repeatable accuracy.
  • Handles wood, phenolic, and steel counter plates automatically, allowing die makers to mill and go without delays.
  • Mills with tight tolerances thanks to ceramic-bearing electrospindle
  • 13-position automatic tool changer
  • Provides a seamless transition for those replacing the Gerber Profile, offering USA-based parts and service for long-term support.
We absolutely love the Diemilla for cutting steel counter plates! It’s much faster and more accurate than our old machine!

Highlights

3.6 kW electrospindle with HSK 25 connection

Diemilla’s high-performance electrospindle delivers speeds up to 40,000 RPM with ceramic bearings for exceptional precision. The HSK 25 connection ensures stability and accuracy—so you get maximum output without sacrificing quality.

Adjustable zone aluminum vacuum top

Diemilla’s fully automated vacuum table features independently controlled zones to secure steel counter plates of any size with tight precision. Whether using one zone or several, the system holds plates firmly in place for accurate milling. Paired with air and liquid cooling, it’s built to handle both steel and phenolic counters with ease.

Integrated vacuum system for wood, steel, and phenolic.

Diemilla’s vacuum system is engineered for stability and accuracy—securely holding a variety of materials in place throughout the milling process. Its aluminum working table features precision-milled surfaces that ensure long-term flatness and support perspirant working mats. The surface can be easily skimmed to maintain a smooth, consistent foundation for every job.

Fully integrated control unit with 27" touchscreen

Diemilla features a built-in control unit on the operator side, housing a standalone PC with a 27-inch touchscreen. The intuitive CAD/CAM interface includes essential tools for streamlined production, along with the ability to assign X and Y compensation values to account for tool deflection when milling steel rule die boards.

Supported file formats: DXF, EPS, PDF, IGES, BMP, JPG, PLT, STEP, STL, ECC
