Copper Pins: Stable and non-reflective copper pins for an extended lifespan when cutting metal
CP Eye (Camera): Equipped with front-end software, this digital camera system offers real-time production monitoring—even remotely. It also simplifies zero positioning for faster, more accurate setup.
CP Scan (Galvo head): Mark logos and text with precision using the largest 500 x 500 mm system on the market. Easy, accurate, and powered by Cutlite Penta’s in-house software.
CP Steel Plus: capacitive head enables seamless switching between plywood and metal with no lens changes or manual adjustments—powered entirely by Smart Manager 6. A magnetic break-away system protects the cutting head during crashes, while an optical sensor prevents metal collisions for safe, uninterrupted cutting.
CP Nozzle: Built entirely in-house, our standard cutting head features double collar magnets for a fast, safe break-away in case of crashes. Paired with Smart Manager 6, it includes automatic board unevenness compensation via a specially designed down-holder and advanced software algorithms.
