
Butler Brothers’ story took an unexpected turn on January 30, 2025, when a fire tore through their Kansas City die shop. Smoke and flames left lasers and benders coated in soot, critical steel-rule orders lost, and the team suddenly grappling with damaged equipment and looming customer deadlines.
Soon after, our Serviform America technicians were on site to help Butler Brothers make sense of the wreckage—and get back to work as quickly as possible:
Over the past year, we’ve kept that same level of commitment. We’ve shipped overnight parts, arranged service visits, and installed additional equipment whenever their production grew. Every clamp, every bender, every service call has been about one thing: making sure Butler Brothers never missed a beat.

On September 18th, Butler Brothers invited customers, colleagues, and neighbors to tour their fully rebuilt facility—and to celebrate with a relaxed golf outing. Watching their pride as they showed off gleaming machines and told stories of the year’s turnaround reminded us why we do this work.
We’re honored to have stood with Butler Brothers every step of the way—supplying parts, service, support, and machines whenever they needed them. At Serviform America, we often say, “Your problem is Karen’s problem,” a cheeky nod to Karen, our head of Parts & Service, and a promise that we’ll always go to bat for our customers.
