“I started my career in the folding carton industry back in 1995,” Matt explains. “I operated, repaired, trained Bobst die cutters for the initial 10 of those years, then got into the design and fabrication of the tooling for the die cutters. I ran a Gerber, an Easy Bender and a RubberPlot machine… I spent the last 4 years of employment as the Manager of the Cutting department.”
That firsthand experience gives Matt a unique advantage—he knows exactly what die makers deal with every day, because he’s lived it.
