Bending sleeve technology lets the operator change steel rule thickness from one point size to another in a matter of seconds. Instead of losing production time to changeovers, the EcoPlus moves between jobs with different rule specs almost immediately.
The EcoPlus processes rule heights up to 1.25 inches and, with appropriate tooling, works with 1.5, 2, 3, and 4 pt steel rule — covering the range a modern flatbed die shop runs day to day.
With the special add-on revolver nicking cartridge, EcoPlus uniform, burr-free nicks with consistent depth throughout the run. Nick positions import automatically from the CAD drawing and are controlled right at the bender — no manual layout, no guesswork.
Choose the EcoPlus for advanced automation with fast changeovers and revolver nicking at a strong value; choose the LineA if you're looking to maximize speed and have maximum capability when it comes to speciality rule processing. Linea is Serviform's fastest bender, that features many of the speciality options on the EcoPlus as standard options. High-volume shops often justify the LineA on speed alone, but if you're frequently doing broaching at the end of a piece, revolver nicking, dovetail, and other complex rule processing, you might want to consider the Linea.
