For a long time, if you walked into our office, you’d see machines on the walls.
Photos of them. The kind we were proud of—and still are.
Each one represented precision, capability, and the kind of cutting-edge technology that helps shops stay competitive. The reality is, that technology holds up. Serviform and Cutlite Penta machines are built to last.
This industry doesn’t stand still.
Serviform and Cutlite Penta continue to innovate—new machines, new capabilities, every couple of years.
Before we knew it, some of the “top-of-the-line” machines hanging on our walls weren’t the latest anymore.
That was a wake-up call.
Not because those machines stopped being good, but because it forced us to ask a bigger question:
Are we keeping up in the same way our customers have to?
Over a year ago, we started implementing Pinnacle into our business operating system. We went into it expecting to clean up inefficiencies, solve recurring issue bursts, and improve how we operate day to day.
That happened.
What came out of it was more than process improvement.
It pushed us to rethink how we show up—as a team and as a partner. You can read more about that here: https://serviformamerica.com/why-were-building-the-most-trusted-partner-in-die-making/
We’ve restructured workflows to move faster and with more clarity. We’ve leaned into intentional leadership instead of reacting to problems. We’ve taken a hard look at the bottlenecks that slow everything down and started addressing them head-on.
That kind of work changes things.

It also led us to update our walls. Not just to reflect machines, but to reflect the values that drive how we operate—reliability, integrity, and a commitment to doing the job right for the people who count on us.
Because at the end of the day, that’s what matters to you.
When something goes down, you need a team that shows up.
When timelines are tight, you need solutions that work.
When pressure builds, you need to know someone’s got your back.
We’re building toward that every day.
There’s still work ahead. There always will be. We’re continuing to refine how we operate, how we communicate, and how we serve.
Truth is, we’re never going to “arrive.”
That’s not how this industry works. It’s not how you operate in your shop, and it’s not how we’re going to operate either.
The goal isn’t to be finished. The goal is to keep getting better.
That’s exactly what we plan to do.
