Core Values & Brand Identity

We Deliver Competitive Advantage Through Constant Innovation

Serviform America is the sales, service and parts supplier for all Serviform and Cutlite Penta machines in North America. We pair Italian engineering with U.S. training, service, and support, so die makers can move faster, stay accurate, and keep their promises to their customers.

In die making, standing still is falling behind. Margins tighten, turn times shrink, and customers expect more. The shops that win are the ones that adapt, and our job is to help you stay ahead.

Our Core Business Is Confidence

The equipment is world-class. But equipment alone doesn't create confidence. Support does. Responsiveness does. Ownership does.

PerformanceConfidence that your machine will perform.
ResponseConfidence that service will respond.
PartnershipConfidence that you have a partner who understands what's on the line.

When something goes wrong, confidence is knowing someone will answer, someone will take responsibility, someone will move with urgency, and someone will fix it once. We earn that confidence one call, one fix, one machine at a time.

Our Core Values

Five values that aren't slogans. They're operating instructions that shape how we hire, train, support, and keep improving, built around what matters to you.

Calibrated to Serve

Customer experience is at the center of every action.

We design every touchpoint around your success: install planning that doesn't derail your schedule, on-site training tailored to your operators, and real support from technicians who know die making.

In your shop: proactive check-ins, practical training, and a team that solves the actual problem, not just the symptom.

Stronger as a TEAM

One crew. One boat. One mission.

Your production floor doesn't care which logo is on the box. We align people, parts, and partners as one crew, including close collaboration with tooling partners like Carton Craft Supply.

In your shop: fewer handoffs, faster answers, and a coordinated plan instead of disconnected vendors.

Fix It ONCE

No band-aids. No duct tape.

We chase root causes instead of quick patches. Technicians show up prepared with the right parts, firmware, and diagnostics, and we roll what we learn into preventative service.

In your shop: first-pass fixes, fewer repeat tickets, and a machine that stays in spec.

The Problem Is MINE

On it like I own it.

When something's off, our team raises a hand, not a finger. We take responsibility and drive it to resolution, because your success is our success.

In your shop: clear accountability, proactive updates, and a partner who shows up before you have to ask.

Match & Exceed Customers' Urgency

Our machines are fast. Our team is faster.

Production schedules won't wait, and neither do we. A deep bench of U.S.-based technicians lets us respond on your clock, from rapid scheduling to quick-turn parts and remote diagnostics.

In your shop: fast responses, smart triage, and momentum that keeps your promises to your customers.

Brand Identity: A Partner, Not Another Vendor

If you're a die maker, you don't need another vendor. You need a partner who understands that when your machine stops, your day stops. That's the identity we're building: the most trusted, responsive, innovation-driven partner in die making.

Trusted means "fix it once."

We solve the problem in a way that protects your uptime and your reputation, because your customers expect precision, and so should you.

Responsive means we move faster than the problem.

When you call, we treat it like it's ours, whether it's equipment support, tool sharpening, spare parts, or troubleshooting. You shouldn't have to wait on slow callbacks, unclear answers, or parts with no updates.

Innovation means you stay competitive.

It isn't about shiny features. It's about steady improvement that shows up as capacity, margin, and breathing room on your floor.

Partnership means we care about your whole operation.

We look beyond the single machine sale and build programs that support the entire lifecycle of your equipment.

Serviform engineers it. We turn it into everyday performance.

We distribute rule benders, rubber processors, and milling machines from Serviform Italy, plus flatbed, rotary, and combo laser systems from Cutlite Penta. Both are known globally for engineering excellence.

As the American distributor, we believe innovation has to extend beyond the equipment. It has to show up in how we serve you.

Innovation in how we support you

  • Lease options that make capital investment more accessible
  • Refurbish and resupply programs that extend equipment life
  • Spare parts planning upfront, with parts included in every quote
  • Service plans that reduce unexpected downtime
  • Continuous training for our field technicians

Good Machines Aren't Enough

For a long time, the walls of our office showed photos of machines. Then we noticed some of those "top-of-the-line" machines weren't the latest anymore. That was a wake-up call, not because those machines stopped being good, but because it made us ask whether we're keeping up in the same way our customers have to.

Over a year ago, we started implementing Pinnacle into our business operating system. We restructured workflows to move faster and with more clarity, leaned into intentional leadership instead of reacting to problems, and took a hard look at the bottlenecks that slow everything down. We also updated our walls to reflect the values that drive how we operate: reliability, integrity, and a commitment to doing the job right for the people who count on us.

We're never going to "arrive." The goal isn't to be finished. The goal is to keep getting better.

Our Commitment: Trust Isn't Assumed. It's Earned.

By 2029, we intend to be known as the vital resource the industry can't do without. Not because we say it, but because die makers say it.

Every machine. Every call. Every fix. See what die makers say in our case studies, and meet the people behind your support on Who We Are.

We'll earn that position by:

  • Building a team of exceptional people
  • Selling products we believe in
  • Delivering a remarkable experience
  • Driving innovation
  • Earning clients for life
  • Protecting a healthy business that can support you long term
